Now Accepting Applications for 2013 Summer Internship Program

The University of Maryland’s National Socio-Environmental Synthesis Center (SESYNC) is accepting applications for the 2013 SESYNC Undergraduate Summer Internship Program. Running from May 31-August 9, 2013, interns in this program will spend the majority of their time working with mentors at their offices or labs on research projects related to socio-environmental issues.

SESYNC Partner RFF accounes the Gilbert White Fellowship

Resources for the Future (RFF) will award resident fellowships for the 2013-2014 academic year in honor of Gilbert F. White, retired chairman of the RFF Board of Directors, distinguished geographer, and statesman of science. The fellowships are intended for researchers who have a doctorate degree and wish to devote a year to scholarly work in areas related to natural resources, energy, or the environment.

SESYNC to Aid in Developing Water Science Software Institute
